Holiday Ordering
|
To help ensure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, we encourage you to place your order at least
1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day,
Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and
Labor Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter and Independence Day.

Payment Options and Billing Inquiries
|
|
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. When we process credit
card transactions, we use high security e-commerce technology to encrypt your personal information. We use Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) so that only QuickGifts can read your personal information. It is statistically safer to use
your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store.

All purchases made on this site will appear as “QuickGifts” on your credit card statement. If you have a
question regarding the charge on your credit card statement, please contact billing at 512.440.7400.

Order Confirmation
|
|
A Confirmation Number is generated immediately following the completion of your order.
The same Confirmation Number is emailed to the address you provided including all of the information
you submitted with your order. If you believe you completed your order but did not receive a Confirmation Number,
it is likely that your order was not submitted successfully. Please contact us if you need further assistance.

Order Status

If you need further assistance with your order please submit a request above or call our customer
service number at 800-440-2065. Please have your confirmation number available for prompt service. If we
have a question regarding your order, we will contact you at the email or phone number you provided.

Delivery Information
|
|
A delivery fee of $13.99 will be added to each order, for each address.
|
|
U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery
(noon on Saturdays). Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Deliveries
requested for Sunday may be delivered the following business day.
|
|
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
|
|
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
|
|
|
Substitution Policy
|
|
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in
various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using
flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased
demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids,
we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

International Orders
|
|
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept
international orders over the Internet. To place an order to be sent outside of the U.S. or Canada, please
contact by phone at 1-800-440-2065.

Changing or Canceling Your Order
|
|
If your order requires a change or needs to be cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to
accommodate requests for changes as long we receive them before the order has been prepared for delivery. Changes
or cancellations made within 24 hours cannot be accepted via email. A cancellation within 24 hours of the delivery
date can only be confirmed by one of our customer service representatives. All cancellations are subject to a $7 fee.
We cannot guarantee an order has been cancelled within 24 hours until confirmation has been made by one our customer
