General Terms and Conditions
All orders and redemptions are subject to review. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect is related to fraudulent activity. In the event an order or redemption is in question, we will send an email requesting further corresponce by email and/or phone. If we do not receive a reply within a 48 hour period, the order in question can be cancelled.
MyChoice Certificates and MyChoice Cards are redeemable only at www.MyChoiceGiftCards.com for gift cards or gift certificates from participating merchants. MyChoice Certificates cannot be used in merchant stores or at the websites of MyChoice participating merchants. MyChoice Certificates may also be redeemed by calling 1-800-440-2065 for customers without Internet access.
We maintain our Gift Card Mall, including 125+ merchant partners and we promptly remove a retailer if it becomes clear that its financial condition harms its gift-card program and thus our valued customers. Please contact Customer Service if you have questions or input about our merchant partners.
Card Exchange: Effective September 1, 2008, should any merchant partner rescind its outstanding gift cards within three months of redemption at our Gift Card Mall, we will gladly exchange that gift card for another merchant partner, provided that the balance of the gift card has not been tendered since we mailed it.
To exchange a gift card under these circumstances, we will request that you ,ail the gift card to our office, noting your preferred new gift card. We will verify card activity and send a replacement, typically within three business days. To start the process, contact Customer Service and submit an email. We will then provide you with necessary mailing instructions.
Electronic Communications
When you visit our website, place an order or gift card request (redeem) or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on our website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Your consent to enter into this agreement electronically covers current transactions only. Future correspondence relating to other matters (i.e. future orders, redemptions, customer service inquiries and marketing) will require additional consent.

We are always available on the web, and a human being is available to speak with you by phone Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST. Please use the form above to submit a customer service inquiry. To speak to someone in our customer service center, please call 800-440-2065.
QuickGifts Offices are closed on the following national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Payment Options and Billing Inquiries
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. When we process credit card transactions, we use high security e-commerce technology to encrypt your personal information. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) so that only QuickGifts can read your personal information. It is statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store.
All purchases made on this site will appear as “QuickGifts” on your credit card statement. If you have a question regarding the charge on your credit card statement, please contact billing at 512.440.7400.
Order Confirmation
A Confirmation Number is generated immediately following the completion of your order. The same Confirmation Number is emailed to the address you provided including all of the information you submitted with your order. If you believe you completed your order but did not receive a Confirmation Number, please check your spam or junk mail folder in case the email confirmation has been filtered. Otherwise, it is likely that your order was not submitted successfully. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
Order Status
To check the status of your order, visit our Order Status page. If you need further assistance with your order please submit a request above or call our customer service number at 800-440-2065. Please have your confirmation number available for prompt service. If we have a question regarding your order, we will contact you at the email or phone number you provided.
If the amount of your purchase is greater than the value of your MyChoice Certificate, your credit card will be charged for the excess amount.
Merchant List
The merchants available at QuickGifts are subject to change without notice. QuickGifts makes no guarantee that the merchants will remain the same or that a particular merchant will be available at all times. See the complete list of current merchants at www.MyChoiceGiftCards.com.
The customer is subject to the limitations and rules of the merchant whose gift certificate the customer redeems with the MyChoice Certificate. QuickGifts is not responsible for any restrictions or terms and conditions of any merchant's gift certificate. QuickGifts may not be held responsible for the actions, product, or content of any merchant.
Shipping
QuickGifts cannot ship merchant gift certificates internationally, to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All orders are subject to a verification process, and any information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial institutions may cause delays. Emailed and physically shipped certificates are subject to the same verification rules, which could prevent an emailed certificate from being redeemable immediately upon purchase.
QuickGifts is not responsible for orders that are not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Returns and Exchanges
MyChoice Certificates and merchant gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Lost or Stolen Certificates
QuickGifts will not replace a gift certificate that is lost or stolen after being received.
If an order has not arrived at the customer's shipping location within 21 days of the shipment date, QuickGifts may cancel and replace the order after review and investigation of the current balance on the lost gift card.
QuickGifts will not be responsible for gift cards and gift certificates that are undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser or recipient's failure to enter accurate delivery information, including physical and email addresses, or when 60 days have passed since QuickGifts shipped the gift card(s) or certificate(s).
Expiration
MyChoice Certificates issued on or after November 1, 2006 do not expire. MyChoice Certificates issued before November 1, 2006 have an expiration date of one year from the date of purchase.
