Order ConfirmationA Confirmation Number is generated immediately following the completion of your order. Shipping QuickGifts cannot ship merchant gift certificates internationally, to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Returns and ExchangesThe dibbs card and merchant gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Lost or Stolen CertificatesQuickGifts will not replace a gift certificate that is lost or stolen after being received. If an order has not arrived at the customer's shipping location within 21 days of the shipment date, QuickGifts may cancel and replace the order after review and investigation of the current balance on the lost gift card.
