Yes. QuickGifts Management encourages employees to spend three 30-minute sessions each week, during our office hours, doing something active. QuickGifts even provides space for employees to use our own Wii Fit in the office! At the beginning of each month, employees set a fitness goal. Team members who complete three weekly sessions each week throughout the month are rewarded with a $25, $50, $75 or $100 dibbs card. In addition, employees who reach their overall fitness goals are rewarded with $100 dibbs card. Annually, team members can earn as much as $2400 in dibbs cards so they can pick how they want to reward themselves for their hard work.
